Commonwealth Games schedule: Day nine events and start times at Birmingham 2022

It has been a cracking event in the Midlands so far, with stories, heroics and memorable moments from a whole host of different sports.

Saturday should be no different, with plenty of highlights to watch including the 200m final and the men’s 1500m final, with Jack Wightman looking to follow up on his incredible world championships success.

The track also features Laura Mair and Kelly Hodgkinson in the women’s 800m final, with plenty of medals in diving, rhythmic gymnastics and wrestling, as well as semi-finals in cricket and netball.

Here’s how the Ninth Day celebrations are scheduled…

Bowls: 8:30 AM to 3:15 PM and 4:30 PM to 7:45 PM

Hockey: 9 AM to 1:30 PM and 6 PM to 10:30 PM

Netball: 9 AM to 11 AM and 2:30 PM to 4:30 PM

Table Tennis: 9:30 AM to 2:15 PM and 4 PM to 10 PM

Athletics: 10 AM to 3 PM and 6:30 PM to 9:45 PM

Rhythmic Gymnastics: 10 am to 1 pm

Diving: 10 am to 1 pm and 6 pm to 9 pm

the boat: 10:30 AM to 1:30 PM and 5 to 7:30 PM

Boxing: 10:30 AM to 1 PM, 2:30 PM to 5:30 PM and 7 to 9:30 PM

Badminton: 11am to 3:30pm and 5:30pm to 10pm

squash: 12 noon to 3 pm and 6 pm to 9 pm

Beach Volleyball: 3 PM to 5 PM and 8 PM to 10 PM
