Chihuahua– Attorney Fernando Mendoza Ruiz was ratified today as Secretary General of the Superior Court of Justice (TSJ).
In an additional session held at the Justice Center, the plenary of the Superior Court of Justice unanimously approved the above-mentioned appointment, which was tentatively made by the presiding magistrate Myriam Hernández Acosta since last week.
Even Fernando Mendoza accompanied the head of the judiciary in various meetings and tours she did in the TSJ’s areas.
The immediate former position held by Fernando Mendoza was Secretary of Planning for the First Civil Chamber.
He is also a professor at the School of Law at the Autonomous University of Chihuahua.
He holds a master’s degree in political law and public administration from the Law School of the UACH.
He is also a candidate for a doctorate in legal law from the Institute of Legal Education and Updating the Legal Power of the State of Chihuahua.
