As of Friday, there were 3,714,392 confirmed cases and 281,610 deaths due to the virus in Mexico.
According to the Ministry of Health, 7,158 infections have been confirmed and 489 new deaths have been reported in the last 24 hours.
A total of 48,235 active cases of the virus were also registered, with the highest rates being in Tabasco, Colima, Mexico City, Guangzhou, Yucatan, Quartaro, Aguascalientes, Nuevo Leونn, Baja California and Kohville.
On the other hand, the top 10 institutions that collect the highest number of cases are: Mexico City, Mexico State, Nuevo Leon, Guangzhou, Jalisco, Tebasco, Puebla, Veracruz, Sonora and San Luis Potosi.
Together, they make up more than two-thirds (66%) of all registered cases in the country.
