Elon Kumara and Tyranne Matthews are not fans of the new satire principle, and they did not hide their displeasure with the explanation given by Jan Mara, the co-owner of the giants.
On Tuesday, Mara explained why enforcing the rule would be so important this season.
Mara, a member of the competition committee, said: “We get sick and tired of the taunts that come on the field from time to time. No one wants to see a player make fun of another player.
In response to a story about Mara’s comments, Kumara tweeted a corn emoji, followed by an emoji from someone who went to the bathroom and wrote, “As Hell… ..”
The Pro Bowl of Saints, who followed, also tweeted: “Honestly, I want to see how far I can take the flag before I take it.”
Matthew, a two-time pro bowler and defender with the Chiefs, tweeted, “So shut up and play? Got it.”
Matthew later deleted his tweet.
