“They will not turn off LeBron fucking James for days!”

Lebron James, who has been an NBA player since joining the league, will be suspended for a match after a fight with Detroit Pistons Center Isaiah Stewart on Sunday. The suspension for a game will be served on Tuesday, November 23, when the Los Angeles Lakers play New York Knicks in prime time on TNT.

Detroit Pistons center Isaiah Stewart will be suspended for two games for his role in rough housing with LeBron James on Sunday. James was suspended for one match.

The suspension has, of course, provoked heated debate among sports analysts. The pace varies between people who think that LeBron James should serve a longer suspension to no suspension at all.

Former NFL wide receiver Keyshawn Johnson had his own opinion on ESPN’s “Keyshawn, JWill & Max” show with Jay Williams, a former NBA player, and Max Kellerman. Regarding LeBron’s suspension, Johnson said,

“Should LeBron James be turned off? Yes, sure, so you turned him off. Does he get fewer days because he’s Lebron James? You’re damn right. That’s the reality. He’s LeBron’s fucking James. They will not shut down. by LeBron fucking James for days! “

Johnson agreed that James should have been suspended for his role in the fight, which began when his blow bled Isaiah Thomas in the face as the two were boxed out for a return. Kellerman and Williams argued that James should have been suspended for more games than Stewart. They reasoned that Stewart did not touch a Laker, while James started the whole incident.

In its announcement of the suspension, the NBA said that Isaiah Stewart’s suspension was two games because Stewart aggressively and repeatedly persecuted James (despite many trying to hold Stewart back).

On ESPN’s “NBA Today”, former player JJ Redick, Kendrick perkins and Richard Jefferson said James’ suspension also reflected his previous spotless league record. This is his first suspension in his 19 seasons.

LeBron James deserves his special treatment

LeBron James has been in the NBA for 19 seasons, winning four NBA titles and appearing in 10 NBA Finals. The 17-time All-Star and four-time MVP deserves special treatment based on his stats and track performance.

In addition, James was thrown out for only the second time in his career. His first expulsion came in 2017, when James, who played for the Cleveland Cavaliers, quarreled with a referee and claimed he was sent off when he tried to shoot.

In 19 seasons, Lebron James has been impressive having never been expelled before. That may be the main reason why James deserves consideration because the penalties do not extend over a match, beyond what he means for the league.

LeBron James has had a long career without current dirty plays, which gives him leeway. He also has the bonus of being one of the league’s biggest stars.
