Chelsea, Arsenal and Tottenham are among the big players in this summer’s transfer window ahead of the new Premier League season.

A second bid of £70million is being prepared for Wesley Fofana as Chelsea also swoop for former Arsenal captain Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang, who has been offered deals for Frankie de Jong and Memphis Depay. Mark Cucorella, meanwhile, should join soon for £52.5 million. One player will certainly be Stamford Bridge’s Cesar Azpilicueta next year, who has signed a new deal amid interest from Barcelona.

Tottenham, meanwhile, appear to be doing everything they can to land Roma’s Niccolò Zaniolo, despite former boss Jose Mourinho’s best efforts, while Spurs are also linked with Fiorentina defender Nikola Milenkovic for left-back Udinese. Destinee is in talks to sign Adogi. At Arsenal, Mikel Arteta has dropped a new hint on further signings and is believed to be working on a number of fronts amid further links to Uri Tilmans.

Chelsea want to sign Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang

Thomas Tuchel is keen on a reunion with his former Borussia Dortmund star, according to The Times.

Barcelona have made an offer to the Blues for Aubameyang as they look to reduce their wage bill, despite only signing him six months ago.

That’s according to his agents, Tom de Mol and Yama Sharifi, who told HLN: “There was West Ham, Newcastle and Arsenal.

Chelsea Fofana to increase bid

Chelsea are preparing to extend their move for Wesley Fofana to £70m.

The Times report that Leicester plan to sell the defender next summer and rejected an initial £60m approach from the Blues.

The Foxes want a world record fee for Fofana, claiming they cashed in at £80million for Harry Maguire.

Arsenal have reportedly been unable to make a move for Uri Thielmans despite their overseas squad quota being full.

But, after Bernd Leno’s exit from Fulham, Lucas Torreira has agreed to join Galatasaray tonight.

Fabrizio Romano tweeted that the Uruguayan will travel to Istanbul soon to seal personal terms for the £6m transfer.

Spurs in battle for Melenkovic

Tottenham are in the running for Nikola Milenkovic.

The Fiorentina centre-back has long been a target for Juventus, who are pushing hard for a £12m deal.

However, Italian outlet Corriere Fiorentino have named Spurs as a target for Melenkovic ahead of a crucial 48 hours to determine his future as Spurs.

Chelsea have given a clear indication of the future of six senior players after failing to include them in their 2022-23 squad numbers.
